Add-ons are thoughtfully incorporated into your overall design to ensure a cohesive and styled look. Our goal is to enhance your porch without making it feel cluttered.
Booking Policies
& Peace of Mind
We want your experience with Perez Porches to be as joyful and stress-free as the finish result. Here is everything you need to know about our booking process.
Deposits & Payments
To secure your preferred decorating date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance and any add-on costs must be settled in full before we begin sourcing your custom decor items. Due to the custom nature of each design, payments are non-refundable once sourcing has begun.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that family life is busy. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to seasonal availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of installation are non-refundable to cover sourced materials.
Weather & External Factors
To ensure the best results, we do not decorate in rain or severe weather. If needed, your installation will simply be rescheduled to the next available date.
Access & Entry
You don't need to be home for your installation! As long as we have clear access to the porch area and any outdoor outlets required for lights, we can complete your transformation while you're out and about.
