Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know before booking your porch styling service.

We believe in making your experience simple, clear, and stress-free. Please review the terms below before submitting your design request or booking your porch service.

1. Overview

By submitting a design request and engaging with Perez Porches, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Submitting your selections and consultation form does not require payment. This step allows Perez Porches to review your preferences and provide a personalized porch styling recommendation based on your selections. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted based on product availability, seasonality, and design considerations.

2. Booking & Payments

Once your porch recommendation is reviewed and approved, a deposit invoice will be sent via email. A deposit is required to secure your installation date. No materials will be purchased and no installation will be scheduled until the deposit is received. Submission of the deposit confirms approval of the proposed design direction and pricing range. Final payment is due prior to installation. A final invoice will be sent after the design is confirmed and prior to materials being sourced. Services will not be completed until full payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are determined at the discretion of Perez Porches based on work completed and materials sourced.

4. Design Process

Pricing is based on your selected package and any approved add-ons. Due to fluctuations in inventory and sourcing, minor substitutions may occur while maintaining the overall look and feel of the design. Any major changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the porch area is accessible and reasonably clear prior to installation. If porch cleaning or preparation is not selected as an add-on, the client is responsible for ensuring the space is clean and ready for styling.

6. Seasonal Decor & Product Use

Decor items may include a mix of new and reusable styling elements. At the end of the season, clients will arrange for pickup/removal. Perez Porches is not responsible for normal wear and tear due to weather exposure after installation.

7. Liability & Damages

Perez Porches is not liable for damage caused by weather, theft, or external factors after installation; pre-existing conditions on the property; or injury due to misuse of decor items after installation.

8. Photos & Marketing

Perez Porches reserves the right to photograph completed porch designs and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Addresses will never be published.

9. Agreement & Changes

By submitting your design request and/or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above. Perez Porches reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
